MeasureMe is a low friction personal measurement tool.
It can be used to easily create a diary of subjective measurements such as pain, energy and sleep quality.
Recorded measurements can be emailed as a csv file for spreadsheet analysis.Built in measurements for- pain (4 point scale and NRS11),- energy level,- satisfaction with life,- stool (Bristol scale)- depression (Zung scale)- anxiety (Zung scale)- sleep.- blood pressure (you will need an external device to take the measurement)There is also a general purpose Units Consumed scale that can be used for coffee, alcohol or cigarettes etc.
All measurements for the Units Consumed scale are stored in one file.Measurements are triggered by alarms, multiple alarms can be set complete with masked out days and hours with intervals from minutes to weeks.
